Steps for IT configuration and user training

Below are the key steps to ensure a smooth Ren rollout—covering email whitelisting, Outlook integration, best practices, and ongoing support to help your team get the most from Ren.

IT Configuration

1. Whitelist Ren's emails

To ensure your team continues to receive critical Ren communications—such as daily intelligence briefs, account notifications, and product updates—add the following domains to your organization’s email-security allow-list.

If your security system supports wildcards (e.g., Mimecast), you can allow `*.rensystems.com`.

Allow these domains:

  • rensystems.com
  • email.rensystems.com
  • engage.rensystems.com
  • insights.rensystems.com
We send from a small, fixed set of addresses:
  • account@email.rensystems.com – transactional account emails (verification, password resets, billing)
  • daily@insights.rensystems.com – daily Ren Intelligence Brief
  • canay@engage.rensystems.com – product news and educational resources 
  • <name>@rensystems.com (e.g., `steph@rensystems.com`) – messages from individual Ren team members

If another department manages your email-security settings, please forward this request to them, or let us know so we can contact them directly.

2. Enabling Outlook Integration (if applicable)

Ren leverages Outlook data to generate timely intelligence on relevant contacts and companies. To enable users to connect their Outlook accounts, an administrator must grant consent on behalf of the organization for the permissions Ren requires.
