Sync contacts from Salesforce

To sync contacts and companies you own from Salesforce, navigate to Settings and connect Salesforce. You may need to first request that your IT Admin grant permissions.

If you cannot enable syncing, you can still export data by following these steps:

  1. In Salesforce, click the Reports tab.
  2. Start a new report by clicking New Report. Salesforce refers to prospects as “Leads” and existing relationships or clients as “Contacts.” To export leads, choose the Leads report. To export contacts, choose the Contacts & Accounts report. Then click Start Report.
  3. Refine the report using the Filters tab. Turn on Update Preview Automatically to preview your filtered results. Once you’re happy with the results, click Run.
  4. Click on ▼ next to Edit, then click Export.
  5. Click Details Only, change the format to Comma Delimited .csv, then click Export.
  6. Navigate to import in Ren, upload the report file you downloaded, and press Upload All.
