# Smart intros

## The best path to your next deal may already be inside your firm

Smart intros recommend the best internal connection and helps generate introduction requests, making warm introductions significantly easier than manual internal networking.

To request an introduction to key stakeholders within a target company, first navigate to the relevant company page and then click **Find an intro.**

Ren then evaluates every potential introduction from your firm's aggregate network across three dimensions:

- **Intent:** Ren knows what each dealmaker is trying to accomplish
- **Context:** Ren develops context on the target person, company, and priorities so introductions are effective
- **Timing:** Ren monitors millions of events in realtime and finds the signals that make *now* the moment to reach out, helping your team show up before the competition
